'The Ark' in Ann Arbor, MIchigan is a small venue (approx. 400 seats) known for great music from both well-known and some not so well-known musicians. I've been there a handful of time over the years to see such talent as John Prine, Junior Brown, Asleep At The Wheel, Paul Thorne, and just last night, Dave Alvin & Jimmy Dale Gilmore. I don't think anyone there was under 40 years old. Not a bad seat in the house. Anywhere you sit is abou 60' from the stage and the acoustics are perfect. Good Ttimes.
