Your handgun and rifle combo

If you were faced with the tough decision of keeping only one handgun and one rifle, what would your choices be?

Glock 19 and AR‑15 in 5.56.

Boy that's a tough one. I use my pistol for daily carry and while on bow hunts in grizzly country. Not just one quite fits the bill. I also hunt from woodchucks to Elk. My choices would have to be my Glock 22 and Custom built .284 Winchester.

I gave this combo a different thought & immediately came up with 1894 Marlin & S&W Mod. 29..both in 44 mag.
Not my choices if I could have just one rifle / handgun.. have to give it some further thought.
Would I be staying in one spot ? ( like my home) , or would I be traveling ? It would make a difference.
Staying in one spot, I'd chose an AR-10, but if walking / moving I'd choose an ar-15 ,
( probably in 7.62 x 39 ) for the lighter weight of both rifle & ammo.
Same with handgun. Stayin in place ? a 1911 in 45, most likely.. maybe 10mm, if I've got access to my reloading stuff
On the move, a 9mm, either Bul 1911, maybe a dbl stack in 9mm
