A deal I couldn't pass up!

I've been considering getting a BOG Deathgrip Tripod for a while now but didn't really want to spend around $200.00 for one. I came across a sale on Midway USA the other day and had to jump on this deal.

The BOG Tripod is pretty awesome. Solid and sturdy shooting platform. Plenty of adjustments for standing, kneeling, sitting and prone shooting positions. The head pans and tilts but no cant. I'm going to put a pivoting ball head pic on it. I already got the conversion kit for it from Predator Hunters Outdoors in Attica, Michigan. Just waiting for the ball head to show up next week.

The Tripod is very usable right out of the box but I just can't seem to leave things alone....lol.

This is going to be great for deer, coyotes, varmints, etc. I'm glad I finally got it!

The Caldwell electronic hearing protection is Ok. Nothing special. But they seem to work well enough and they were FREE! (a $40.00 value).

That’s a great deal! Upgrading to a ball head is a smart move, especially if you’re after smoother movements for coyotes or other critters. Once that ball head arrives, you’ll have a custom setup for way less than what most folks shell out for just the tripod. That tripod is going to prove its worth once you start using it in the field.

Got the Cavix H-46mm ball head and Night Snipe adapter screw earlier this week. Everything mounted perfectly. Much better set-up now!
