AR9 issue please help!

My new AR9 is driving me absolutely crazy! I've been dealing with one problem after another. It all started when I broke the LRBHO on the first adapter. Now I'm experiencing these terrifying out of battery discharges. I tried to fix it, but it just happened again this morning. I've decided to put the gun away for now until I can figure this mess out. If anyone has any ideas on what might be going wrong, I’d really appreciate your input!

I’d start by taking it apart and really checking out the bolt carrier group for any signs of wear or those annoying burrs. I’d also take a look at the buffer and spring setup, maybe think about swapping in a heavier buffer or tuning it for a 9mm system. And dont forget to check the mag adapter fitment since some of them just don’t mesh well with certain lowers or bolts, which can be a real hassle.

If I were to rebuild it, I’d definitely take my time and make sure every part was compatible. And for sure, I’d use a thread alignment rod and run some tests with dummy rounds before I actually went back to using it. It can be super frustrating, but honestly, getting it right makes all that effort worth it.
