Now we just have to see what the anti 2A politicians in this state have up their sleeves. From what I have been reading it doesn't sound too good.

If the reports are true, this could be a significant step forward. But I’m keeping my hopes in check until we see something official from the Court.
Agree with you on that, States that are staunchly against the 2A aren’t just going to give in easily. Even if the Supreme Court decides to support broader carry rights, you can bet that some lawmakers will attempt to rewrite the rules, impose new restrictions, or find loopholes to delay progress. We’ve seen this play out after the Bruen decision, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it happen again.

It's because the current State of Michigan administration feels they are above the Law. The ones that Preach nobody is above the Law, means nobody but them.
