What’s Your Bedroom Gun?

I'm curious to know what firearm you keep in your bedroom for home defense or just for peace of mind. Do you prefer a handgun or a shotgun? Also, do you have any special lighting or safe setup for it?

Either my Hellcat with a Veridian green dot, or my FNX 45 Tactical with light and dot.

I keep a gun locker in my bedroom. There's a bunch in there, but my preferred gun for a bump in the night is the Mossberg 590a1. Just a mag extension and a mounted flashlight on it, and one of those hook and loop cards.

My Frankenstein AR is in there, too, with a flashlight and an LPVO.

A SXS 20 Ga coach gun and a S&W 431PD (32 H&R mag).

Gotta few but the main equalizer is my AR 12 Gauge. 10 round semi auto loader.

Glock G40 with 1200 lumen light green laser combo. 12Ga full of buckshot is not very far away either.

With a gun cabinet in the bedroom, my go-to is a much modified Mossy 500A that has a Maverick 88 extended tube for higher cap. Heat shield, recoil absorbing stock, pistol grip and light. Buckshot only, no slugs as the neighbors are kind close. Wifer can wield it as well.
Backup is a Mossy 500 bullpup with a light, and a S&W .357.

It's just easier to explain in court if the intruder is found inside the house. The last thing that I want is to shoot anyone.
