Can Glock be defeated?

If you read reviews, there are some that do. I think many people that do these reviews are a bit anti Glock. If Glock weren't the defense pistol to rely on, why have almost all LE agencies gone to them ? People say it's due to pricing but there are a lot of polymer pistols that are priced around the same price as Glock. They are king of the hill for sure in dependability. Accuracy and feel in hand, maybe not but combat/defense pistols aren't judged by accuracy but rather dependability and function.

Doubt it's publicized, but wouldn't be surprised if LEO's use & acceptance of Glock pistols was started by financial incentives to law enforcement agencies.
I know police agencies are given incentives to buy / use certain vehicles..i.e. CHP used Harleys for yrs. Agencies could buy new bikes, use them for a few yrs. and sell them as used machines for more than their cost when purchased new from the MoCo.
Nothing wrong with Glock reliability, but they're Glocks..

My LE price on small/mid frame Glocks is $316. Large is $348. Obviously departments get better deals on bigger orders but this also applied when we had S&W pistols. Much cheaper pricing than civilians and retailers. This applies to all LE dept purchased items. Glocks aren't my favorite pistols to shoot for accuracy or in hand comfort but they are for reliability and for life on the line dependability.
