What Is Your Favorite Shooting Range?

They are really adding to the facility, they do have two 1000 yard ranges now, I hadn't heard about making a 2000 yard, but that sure would be great!

Yep I shoot at MTC as a LE member. Love the ranges but would love to see an EL range set up.

I was an LE tactical firearms instructor for my county SD before joining MTC and really getting into longrange. I too would like to get out to 2k, I have thought about going out of state to one of the ranges that have that distance, not sure what one is best or closest.

Kansas has by far the best range I've shot at. Rebel Ridge Outfitters. Reasonable price to shoot at ($50 daily). They have targets out to nearly 4000 yards with steel plates ranging from 100- 2000 on the LR field. The ELR field goes from 2000-3600 yards I believe. I didn't shoot past 2200 yards. It's a 20 hour drive but I camped on the grounds for 4 days so I could use the range all 4 days. It's an amazing place. Had a whitetail deer hunt out there so hunted for 5 days prior to the range time.
