You can train for each individually and conquer both equally when combined. We like to train scenarios like pumping gas or carrying bags in a store parking lot. Maybe even just entering a vehicle or exiting one in a parking lot. Awareness of your surroundings makes you prepared the most for all of these. Weather conditions would or could make drawing a weapon slower unless your aware when the likely hood of an incident could be the greatest.
