What shows are worth the binge?

Just wrapped up watching the last season of a show we really got into, and now I'm on the hunt for something new. I’m craving solid storytelling and characters that really draw me in, you know? It doesn’t have to be the latest thing; just something that's worth my time. I’m open to any genre too—drama, comedy, maybe even a thriller if it’s good. Bonus points if it’s easy to stream on one of the big platforms. Anyone have any solid recommendations?

I've watched many series I've enjoyed on Amazon prime. One of my favorites is "Bosch.." about a detective ( Harry Bosch) and his exploits in L.A. Cal.
I read all the Bosch books before watching the tv series..some changes, from the books, but the character is true to Michael Connelly's books.
(In the books, Bosch was a tunnel rat in Viet Nam , in the series, he's a middle-east vet )

Another favorite was "Justified" about a US Marshall (Raylan Givens) who's returned to his hometown ( Harlen, Kentucky ) after gunning down a criminal in Miami that he'd told to leave town..or get shot. After he's reassigned to Kentucky, Raylan runs into old "friends " & family ,most on the opposite side of the law.
Both series ran for many seasons, & all were entertaining.. IMO.
